Ordered through Uber eats, my order was completely wrong! Called the store to see if they could rectify it and send out the items I had ordered, I was quite happy with them taking back the items that were wrong and get the ones I paid for (bare in mind the items I paid for were more expensive than what I got) the manager then went on to tell me to reorder the items that were wrong, meaning I would have to pay an extra delivery charge, service fee and another bag charge! Still having the items I didnt order! Very rude on the phone and not helpful at all just trying to get more money! If you want correct items best go into store yourself IF YOU CAN! (Some people rely on deliverys or have kids and cant go out late I could go on) Teach your staff to read and have better customer service skills

Ordered groceries on Uber Eats. Almost half of my order is missing. Called store who said all I can do is re-order on the app and pay delivery charge yet again. And claim for missing items through Uber and wait for a response / refund from them. Im left with half a dinner and half a lunch for tomorrow, no refund, and having to pay my delivery charge again if I want to receive the items that Ive already paid to be delivered. AVOID!

This place is within convenient walking distance for me. Whenever I have been there, the shelves are stocked & I have had good, friendly service. The only drawback is that there is no car park, just a few parking slots on the road. This sometimes leads to congestion as the shop is located between a roundabout and a junction.
