This company enjoys pulling fictional service charges out of thin air, refusing to provide actual invoices to show what services have actually been provided, and sending threatening letters when this is disputed. The building I live in is barely maintained, run-down, and yet we're being hit for additional service charges for work which has never taken place, AGAIN. Somebody is laughing at us as they count their money. Beware, avoid dealing with if possible.

Absolutely brilliant. Was so helpful from beginning to end. I've been pregnant through this process so its quite stressful. There was even a point that I thought i was going to miss my court date last minute and Wes was so helpful ensuring I made it and helping with what to do. I've learnt so much about this process and couldn't recommend these guys enough.If I had done it alone, I would have surely wanted even more money and got done in by the court system and dodgy tenants.

Absolutely shocking service. If I could provide minus stars I would. In a situation that is already difficult this company has not helped but added to the situation despite taking our money for thier services. Lack of communication has resulted in another adjourned hearing. Several requests for updates completely ignored. Formal complaints procedure requested, failed to provide. Would not recommend at all.
