I have just taken delivery (delivered free of charge to my home in Essex - a round trip of in excess of 200 miles from Northover Cars base in Kent) of my latest Mercedes Benz SLC. I have over the past 5 years bought some 7 cars from them and on each and every occasion found them to be trustworthy, helpful and a pleasure to do business with and every vehicle on each occasion proved to be excellent, faultless cars. Only once did I have cause for concern with regards to poor standards and that was on an early morning visit to their Whitstable Office I foolishly accepted a cup of coffee from the company owner Matthew, who unbeknown to me was not that au fait with the workings of the kettle - the taste put me off coffee for some weeks, though his mixture did give me ideas to what to coat my fencing with when it needed doing! Matthew and their new Sales Director Jason, are a credit to the second hand car market and you can sleep easy if you purchase a vehicle from them.

Amazing service when buying the car but after a few weeks it developed an issue, I sent multiple emails which had replies that it would be looked at bit never had a proper response or help. As a whole great sales poor customer service with Any issues.
