Could not wait to come here. Disappointed is an understatement. Food was expensive but I didn't mind that as for a good cause. However, rushed beyond belief. Told we had to leave almost as soon as we finished eating as our 'session' was over. Due to a lot of no shows the cafe was empty so we asked if we could stay longer so that we could all have another cuppa and cake as I had promised my elderly mum cake. Short answer was no - even though they had no shows and the place was almost empty. They let themselves down here as a perfect way of them making more money from us. We were rushed from start to finish and the drive there (1 hour) was longer than the time we had to 'relax' and pet the cats. So disappointed. Parking: There is a car park a few minutes walk.

Great atmosphere, lovely place to go for afternoon tea and spend time with the cats. The cats are just loving life. They are so relaxed love going outside in the sunshine. Plenty of places to sunbathe and inside they can sit in the window and watch the world go by. Upstairs they have their cosy little beds. I had a tea and cake, and 45 mins with the cats which is 8.95, so quite reasonable. The cake was a lovely double chocolate cake, with chocolate sauce and lovely fresh cream. Lot's of great things to buy cat related as well in the little shop, I brought socks, spoon, bag, teaspoon holder, all cat related of course great prices. The time seemed to go so quick though, it was lovely to see all the beautiful cats. Definitely recommend it and would go again. Just make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Kid-friendliness: Brilliant for kid friendliness they are free to go upstairs to do activities visit the shop, go outside in the garden with the cats, on their own. It's quite safe and secure with them. They can interact with the cats and other children. They soon make friends and are talking about the cats to each other.
