I have known Gerard at Life Coach Associates for many years. We first met at a Networking Meeting and struck up a great business relationship which developed into a good friendship too. Gerard has always been there for my business and offers helpful and professional advice. He has helped me through all sorts of interesting times with my business and I have helped him with all his online / web / app requirements. Gerard is patient, thorough and gets to the point. Highly recommendable.

I was fortunate to be introduced to Gerard while working in my role as Group HR Director for a large company. My challenge was help the organisation embed a high performance culture, which meant for me accountability and clarity were key. Gerard supported not only myself, but my employees in understanding how our behaviour impacts on our days to day results and long term opportunities. Gerard has a great understanding of the business world and what it means to act with integrity and fairness when working across cultures, with different nationalities and in different realms of corporate life. I was glad to have Gerard at my side and I know my employees did too.

I used Gerard's service at Life Coach Associates for careers direction advice, but I received so much more. Certainly I received a professional and holistic approach to working through my career issues, but I also received sound emotional coaching too. I had tough personal circumstances at the time and I suspect Gerard knew what I needed, in terms of help, before I did. I think this speaks volumes for the care and attention paid to each individual, but also the depth and breadth of services offered. I spent some time with Gerard when i was having a tough time in my work life after receiving a promotion i didn't feel i was quite ready for. During our time i was given tools to help with my confidence in business situations which had a positive knock on effect in my personal life. Still using the techniques today and more successful than ever! Gerard's a great guy which instantly gives you trust in him and his approach to helping you. 10/10
