        While the wait was long and it took a while to get what we needed, Amanda was amazing- she stuck through with us for 2.5 hours trying to figure out our issue, and was friendly and professional the whole time. She made sure she didnt leave until wed completed what we needed, and overall made it a wonderful experience. Thank you Amanda!

        Very courteous staff. Lot of changes in layout since lockdown. But staff carried out my request whilst I sat in chair since I've had back op.

        Sadly Whitstable branch and Nationwide in general has really gone down hill. Covid not to blame either..... I like many others ive spoken to am thinking of going elsewhere
