Had my child's first hair cut here. Friendly hairdresser and my boy was excited to choose a dvd to watch for the duration. Very gentle, as my child, who will not allow me to do anything other than fingercomb his hair, sat perfectly still for the duration. Present at the end was a nice touch to make it a positive experience, which we felt was really important for a first cut!

A lovely place to get my son's first haircut today. The staff were really friendly and there were plenty of things to keep him occupied whilst in the chair. The lock of hair and certificate were a lovely touch. Will be back! Thank you

I booked an appointment two weeks ago for my one year old for this morning and unfortunately due to an emergency early this morning, I was going to be unable to make it. The shop doesnt open until 9.30 and when I called to politely request to move the appointment (not cancel) a few hours or to another day, I was met with the worst attitude from the receptionist. She told me that she had appointments and a waiting list for two weeks so couldnt fit me in until then which I totally understand so I rebooked for then. She then informed me she would be charging me a fee for not turning up to my appointment today. When I questioned this she rudely told me how am I supposed to fill your slot when youve only given me two hours notice which given that I called the minute the shop was open and that I couldnt possible foresee an emergency this morning is quite a poor response. If you have a waiting list process there is also a possibility the slot could be filled. I hate to let people down especially a small business but unfortunately these things happen, if your business is catered to young children I expected some understanding.She then told me if I wasnt willing to pay an additional fee that I wasnt welcome to rebook. Given the way I was spoken to, your salon is the last place I would be visiting, if thats how you speak to adults I for sure would not let you anywhere near my baby! Given some of the reviews Ive now looked at which share the same opinion Im glad I dodged a bullet.
