        Tried to support a local business but backfired on me. The sales assistant Becky lied to me and said that my old mattress would be taken away when my new one was delivered only to be told by the delivery guys that they couldnt take it. When I called the store I was told she never said that! I would never have ordered the mattress had she not said that as I then had to pay to have my old mattress taken way! The mattress a few months on is now dipping and the company seem to no longer be there and dont answer the phones. The mattress cost me 1000!

        After looking around in the normal beds shops and then searching online. I came across these guys in herne bay. The prices are very competitive and have next day delivery which is a god sent compared to the 4/6 weeks other shops required. Very pleased with service, price and mattress was delivered less then 24th a after purchase

        After looking on the website, we went to the store knowing what we wanted to try. The lady was helpful and not pushy. It was all completed within minutes but still with a profesional and friendly service. We was very pleased with the service from the shop to the delivery.

        THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. As Mr David Williams reviewed 5 days ago the matress is very SOFT IN POOR QUALITY but described as EXTRA FIRM . the mattress which they deliver is not the same mattress which you purchase . 14 days refund is a big lie. When even there is problem they sharge you 100 cancellation fee and they ask you to drop mattress in their warehouse in Kent with your own car or your own cost. It doesn't matter where you live. Rubbish costomer service, so people can not do and prefer to throw out or sell in face book half price and they make money from this way .mattress are in rubbish quality and very cheap looking. It is better to take the second hand matress which people left in the street than buying from this company. But I will take the mattress in their warehouse and I do not let them to cheat Me!!!
