Garden cabin with sauna

Just incredible ! Our host cares a lot and make sure everything is always fine. Having the sauna right next to the bedroom is such a privilege. Try and enjoy it ! Nearby activities: Close to a small and local city center really charming.

We have stayed at the garden cabin a couple of times now as its just up the road to the venue for the very popular Sci-Fi at the Sea event (also highly recommended) and, at first, we wondered if we would get on basically sleeping a a spare room of someones house albeit that it is separate and at the end of the garden. We have to say that, once you get over the novelty of walking into someones rear garden (there is a side gate and you have your own key to the cabin) and, bearing in mind that its just a place to stay (we had stayed at a hotel before but, apart from being more expensive, it was also a lot further away from the event/venue) we found the cabin itself tastefully decorated with sufficient amenities (theres a fridge which the hosts thoughtfully stocked with milk for us), tea and coffee facilities and a TV (with Now TV box) as well as a comfortable bed. There is a shower and toilet in a separate area at the end and, not that we used it ourselves, but a sauna unit adjacent if that tickles your fancy. As you can see we also made friends with the delightful little cat who we allowed to come and visit us (we have 3 cats of our own anyway so this was not a problem (and she was a very friendly cat!) but clearly the owners would have taken her away had we not been cat friendly so to speak. Parking is easy enough outside and the owners and their children left us alone/in peace (though the lady of the house did look in on us to make sure we were OK) and its good value for money.
