Don't book this place. I booked to stay 2 months in advance with 150 deposit. 2 days before I messaged the owner informing her of our estimated arrival time. She replied that the boiler was broken and we could no longer stay, no apology or offer of alternative accommodation. If I hadn't contacted her, it doesn't seem we would've been told. Being cynical, it sounded like they realised they could get more money on that particular weekend or they double booked. No wonder they are not on any booking site, otherwise they might have to provide some sort of customer service.

From the moment we entered and received the warmest of welcomes we knew we would have a lovely weekend. The room was light and airy and has a calming feel to it. There was also a sweet balcony, where on a warmer day you could sit out and enjoy listening to the distinct sound of being in a seaside town. There is a lovely selection of teas and coffee in the room and a delicious breakfast is served up on a tray to enjoy either in bed in your room or a little table. It really was a perfect stay! Thank you Paul and Julie!
