I and 2 others tried to get into Herne Bay shop at 2.30 pm 14 March 2023. No access and no notice or explanation on door. Opening times displayed in window show should be open. Very poor service indeed.

Boots staffing reduced drastically but those that remain are very helpful. Excellent service.

Disaster of a place. Tried to buy some items, lady told us they were closing at 2pm for lunch, 10 minutes away. Stood at the till behind 2 other people, nobody serving. Person in front of me went and told the staff member by the door that we need a member of staff to sell us the items and she said someone would be there soon. Nobody came after waiting for a reasonable amount of time so I left my goods at the till and told the staff member on the door that there are still people waiting to be served, yet all she is doing is letting more people in but telling them they are closing at 2pm for lunch. Pharmacy was packed so I don't know if they would have all been kicked out in the last couple of minutes before closing because they weren't being served either.
