False advertisement on prices - avoid unless you like being ripped off Last month I had a Hollywood was treatment which was priced at 20 on the website, so I took 20 cash with me. After the treatment I was charged 27.50 for the treatment so I paid 7.50 on my card. I checked online and showed them their own website where the treatment was clearly advertised at 20, and was told that the updated prices are in the leaflets in store, and that the website hasnt been updated. There was nothing to suggest on the website that these prices were incorrect, or anything saying to contact the store to get correct prices. I asked for the 7.50 back as they had clearly advertised falsely and they said no one comes through the website so it doesnt matter that the prices are incorrect. Since this incident I am happy to see that they have updated the website, but I still wouldnt recommend this place. The lady who waxed me was really nice and friendly, but unfortunately some of her staff members dont share her mannerisms. There are places around with better quality wax and staff members.
