        Went in today for my first ever brow lamination and I loved it. Naomi was brilliant. She started by asking lots of questions and looking at pictures of what I wanted and she made sure I was happy at with them at every stage of the process. When I saw the finished brows I couldn't have been happier, they're exactly what I was looking for! Service: Brow lamination

They have a thorogugh knowledge of anatomy and physiology and their attention to detail and their friendly caring personalities are second to none. Thank you Gemma and your team. You are amazing.         I've had a couple of facials by Gemma after a recommendation, but I'd forgot to review! From the minute you walk into the lounge, you are put at ease; everything is discussed prior and during and you leave feeling refreshed and that the chosen service has really made a physical difference. I will return at some point! 5/5.
