        I have been on the 0345 no. now for 57 minutes, waiting to get an appointment! This is truly shocking, I feel so sorry for your elderly clients that need to make an appointment at the local branch :(

        Just been into Barclays Bank in Herne Bay a lot of people had the same idea. But very pleasantly surprised when a assistant took me in her office and dealt with my request. I must say she was very professional and friendly in every way It make a nice change to have someone so pleasant and helpful. Well done to Barclays.

        Clean and tidy, fast service and very friendly staff. Although all I did was take a cheque in (yeah people still use cheques, whats that all about ?!?) the staff sorted everything out for me

        Long queues, with one cashier on duty most of the time. Closing at 2pm instead of 4.30pm contributes to endless queues.
