        Fellow customers/reviewers, beware the folly of your negative comments. You would all be up in arms if the High St branch closed forcing you to complete 100% online banking. Aim your views towards the business hierarchy, they make the rules, not the branch.

        I am a business man busy with daily work but unfortunately i have NatWest business account but waiting in the que for almost 40 minutes is jut unacceptable!! I could be doing something really important! It's time to leave NatWest because of this!!!

        Lovely staff but the waiting time is the longest i have ever had ..the people in the queue were mainly elderly and found it very uncomfortable standing for so long ..luckily i could use the computerised system but a lot of the people queuing were unsure or unable to do so..definitely room for improvement
