Matt Gisbey helped us formulate our ideas for a new front porch and replacement of a dormer flat roof with a pitched design and design alterations to the front roof aspect of our attached garage. Matt initially explained the concept and design stages, planning and building control applications and then guided us through each stage of the process. We had some problems with the building engineer who we appointed after we received planning consent......Matt persisted with 2 or 3 fresh ideas with the engineer but we eventually had to appoint a different building engineer who could think out of the box. Matt dealt with this issue with cool and charm! Matt helped us shortlist and select the construction firm, who did a thoroughly professional job. I have no hesitation recommending Matt Gisbey - he is accommodating, communicative and thorough.
