When Claire ran Chestfield Cars, drivers were on time and the service was impeccable. Now a new lady has taken over, the prices have gone up massively, and my sister is stuck at Heathrow because, despite her plane being delayed two hours, the driver is "stuck in traffic" and won't be there for another 40 minutes. Nightmare. Not like it's their first time doing an airport pick up, which is supposed to be their bread and butter. Guess I'll be looking for another cab firm .
