    Poor care unhygienic practices rude staff and one verbally aggressive carer rude to family tip urine from commode onto floor making relatives clean up daily gave relative food poisoning uncooked food twice, leave kitchen in mess, poor wearing of ppe and no face masks during covid ,when carers sign there app just want to leave as know will then get paid, poor medication management threw vital medicines for heart patient in bin, gave medications prior to surgery informed not to surgery was postponed managers allow same carers to return despite numerous concerns raised social services whitstable also do not address concerns with this agency they share the same offices. Carers found entering our bedrooms managers aware nothing done deny it happen allow this person to then call us and threaten us by phone denying they returned to property when they did. Not a good agency would not advise anyone to use them they gave me so much work and staff were very rude and made up alot of lies about our family.we had to put up with this for over a year and a half. Have spoken to others who have said also would not use. A admin staff who worked in office who lives opposite our relative was heard outside our house telling the carers to get us into trouble as the verbally aggressive carer was not allowed back to the property as she was very rude. This admin lady paula allowed staff and encouraged them to be rude to our family and breached confidentiality as she was outside our house encouraging the carers who were laughing with her while being encouraged to do it this was cally the carer. Another carer stood outside and told us after listening to our family conversations we could not say what we want. Hazel the manager wrote our relative our family to be outside weird and heard carers telling relative could not have her appoint in own house . This should not be happening

    My mother was stuck in QEQM an extra day as they had no staff to attend to her. With 121 care my mothers weight dropped to 7 st and was under nourished as they could not provide time to do basic meals. Very poor service looking after my mother, carers turn up any time they like, despite a care package of times they were never on time. They leave her bungalow in mess, they do not provide service promised, despite numerous calls with Donna who never gets back to you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ...EVEN THE STAFF ARE UNHAPPY WORKING FOR THEM....
