We recently used James for a job wed been trying to find help with for many months. After many unsuccessful calls to other professionals, we were lucky enough to find James who responded promptly to my enquiry and came round to view the job really quickly. James advised on the complexities of the bathroom work we required, was flexible with timings and always tidy and professional in his work. We received an invoice promptly and found his rate to be very competitive and fair for his excellent work. Id highly recommend James and hopefully will be working with him again in future.

Hermitage gas & heating are a rare breed of plumbers (in my experience), James turned up when he said he would to both quote and complete the work. He is very professional, courteous and diligent in his work. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. I'd use Hermitage gas and heating again in future - thoroughly recommended.
