Kalehurst Garden Machinery - Husqvarna Automower Specialist

First visit to kale hurst and definitely wont be going back! They werent interested in fixing a auto mower as I didnt buy it from them! Unbelievable! I run a big Garden Maintenance company, I was looking for a good company who could service kit as well as supply new kit to me and my clients. I would rather use a small independent company than the big companys but as you said take it back to Farols!!! Wont be recommending

Customer service great to begin with, but on receiving the part for my machine, and giving them all the details, including taking the affected parts in to show them, the part l received was incorrect, and does not fit my machine. Neither them, or Husqvarna will refund me, as a special order. Of course they didn't tell me they didn't refund on special orders......... Not happy with them or Husqvarna to say the least. I cannot afford to waste my money or my time. Very poor outcome and customer service from them. I am sure they make enough money to be able to swallow the amount of money they bought this part in for. I will never buy from them, or recommend them to anyone ever again. Not a Husqvarna specialist after all....................
