If you wish to be energetically 'held' in a space where you can relax and be yourself then this is it! Dancing on a Friday morning, moving with your own self expression and rhythm sets you up for whatever life may throw at you. Move how you wish to, listen to the music chosen by Zo. shake, sweat, laugh cry, whatever! You can do it here.. then after that, lay down, relax and listen to Zo playing crystal bowls for an added 'cleanse' a truly wonderful place. Come and try for yourself!

I've heard a few people describe Clearspace as "Herefords best kept secret "..... let's change this now. This place should not be a secret. We should be shouting about it from the rooftops! For many years I've also listened to people say "we just don't have anything like that in Hereford ". YES WE DO! Clearspace has so many different things happening from yoga, to sound therapy, singing, womens circles. I even went to a great life drawing class. I've spent so much time here taking part in so many different modalities. You can take part in the many different classes that are on offer, or start your own, you can hire the space for your own needs. ... just drop Zo line. She's passionate about what she does and the space she offers. Try it out, you won't be disappointed
