        Firstly my name is Mrs Johnston not Mr ...my windows are lovely but when they were first fitted I noticed and had to point out to the fitters that on 1 of the 3 windows they'd done had the wrong glass in them i asked them to look at all 3 windows and tell me if they could see any difference of which they couldn't they had fitted 3 windows and all 3 were supposed to be the same yet 1 was clearly different! when i pointed it out they said ooh yeah" unfortunately like when i had my patio door installed there was a serious lack of communication between me and Advance I first Spoke with Andy but then found out Andy had left therefore i had been left waiting and waiting.....the glass was changed by the kingsbridge branch after Christmas but I'm not sure if i'll be in any hurry to have any more work done
