The lady on the desk was helpful enough but the 09 van I was rented was bordering on dangerous and would have been better off at the scrap yard. Amongst other faults the drivers seat was broken, the wind screen wipers had worn out a long time ago, hand brake wouldn't go off properly, ECU management on, side door wouldnt open, radio didn't work, clutch pretty much done etc. The 600 damage excess based on the condition of the vehicle, seemed a touch, well, excessive. That being said, it did the job but you could definitely do better.
