Norman Allen Group Travel organised a trip to Belgium for me taking in WW1 battlefields & cemeteries. Visits to the Menin Gate, Tyne Cott & the Ypres Salient as well as sightseeing in Diksmuide & Brugge.
From start to finish they were excellent, if Customer Satisfaction & Customer Service were to be graded they would get 100/ 100, absolutely brilliant. The timings, coach & accommodation were all excellent - even the weather was good!
A special mention for Hilary Christmas who kept me informed throughout & replied to every query quickly and positively.
If you want to take trip abroad then these are the people for you. THANK YOU
