My Mum booked a taxi from St Peter's Square after a short holiday and the driver went to the bus station, then when he did turn up at the correct pick up point he said he could only take cash not card payment.

I booked a taxi and was quoted 25-28 however when we arrived I was charged 33 and more to it we picked another passenger going the same direction and I would have thought we would be sharing the cost however it wasn't the case. Also I got to know there was a special fare for organisation I was going to and it wasn't applied to me. I got in touch with their customer service thinking it was a genuine mistake but they were unhelpful and unwilling to rectify it.
