        If their usual standard of driving is anything like the example of it I witnessed this morning then I wouldnt bother! I was driving along Beaufort Rd in Ebbw Vale at 7am, conditions were poor, it was raining and I had slowed down to wait for a van coming the other way to negotiate a big flood. Just as I started to drive through the flood, Chriss taxi overtook me at over the speed limit of 30mph causing the flood water to go up over the front of my van and windscreen totally obscuring my visibility. Bearing in mind this is a busy residential area.
