        I am thoroughly enjoying Paulas Tai Chi beginners class. Paula answered all my queries prior to joining the course. I had a little experience practicing Qigong and this class is really expanding my knowledge demonstrating a different style of Tai Chi. Paula is a great teacher and I really hope to continue with Spiralling Energy when this course is finished.

        Had my first class on Tuesday evening, at the Open Space studio, above the Old Quaker meeting house, King Street. Really, really enoyed it. Relaxed, warm and friendly.

        I arrived at the class not knowing a thing really about tai chi, and at the end of it I left enlightened and wanting more. Brilliant, highly recommend, you must give it a go. Very friendly class.
