        If you want a career in health and care they are the best to work with ! Good pay rates,loads of Free trainings and updates which are very important and knowledgeable ,plenty of places to work, possibly to choose your own schedule ,SH team person centred.For the past 5 years they become my friends, my family ! I am grateful to be part of the team
