WOWEEE what a fantastic place ... I visited to view some rockery stone I needed for a garden project but had no idea how vast 701 is, nor how much they have there! There's what looked like literally acres of outdoor materials - all sorts of building and gardening supplies galore plus thousands of garden ornaments and furniture (reclaimed and new) plus an absolutely gigantic warehouse which is full of rooms, beautifully presented as small shops filled with displays of absolutely anything one could ever need in the home (again both reclaimed and brand new) eg an astounding amount of really lovely giftware, soft furnishings, crockery, lighting, furniture, foodstuffs, antiques, Annie Sloane paint, a DIY and builders merchant section and sooo much more ... and there's also a COFFEE SHOP!!! One could easily spend half a day mooching around it all (I feel like i need to revisit asap as I know I didnt see everything!) and then relax in the coffee shop with a bite to eat. It's a truly amazing Aladin's cave... and definitely a great place to take all our visitors too.

Great place. super nice people. Really enjoyed how polite and organised everyone is. The two guys in the yard who helped load me up were a real credit to the yard. Reasonable prices and super happy with my purchases. We shall return.

This place is awesome, there's so many different things old and new, you don't know where to start. I will be popping back again to have another look around. They also have a cafe. The hot chocolate was incredible and the scone I had was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this place if your into quirky, retro items or you just want to kill a bit of time!
