        Utterly useless, tedious and slow - if you ever find it open, which is never. Is this a public service or not?? Arbitrarily decide to close at random times on random days. Really screwing with people lives and businesses.

        Rude, unhelpful post office staff, asked for tracked delivery and the cost of first and second class, apparently tracked is tracked and charged me 8.95 for special delivery. Need lessons in Royal Mail prices and a personality injection.

        No working on Saturday ,absolutely useless. Two post office work on Saturdays in the town, so you have to drive 1 hrs and stay in the Saturday traffic only to drop your parcel . Amazing job thanks Royal Mail !
