We recently used Shires to replace our boiler and we couldn't be happier with the service received. Tom came out to do the survey and talked through all options with us and was really thorough. Then we had both quotes for the options for replacing our boiler through quickly on email. Tom came to do the installation himself and he did a brilliant job! The workmanship is outstanding and we are so pleased we asked Shires to complete the work for us. The boiler, pipework and equipment look brilliant and all very neat and tidy! Even when Tom had a few snags (due to the house/electrics not Shires!) he made every attempt to sort it for us and went above and beyond! We had a very competitive quote from Tom so we booked them to do a boiler replacement and radiator replacement. They turned up on time every day, was very respectful and didnt get one mark on our new cream coloured carpet. Curtis did the work in our home and we cant praise him enough, a very professional and polite young man, who takes so much pride in his work. Thank you both very much. We would like to thank Tom and his team, Matt and Curtis, at Shires Gas Services for the outstanding job they did recently upgrading our central heating/hot water system. This included the installation of a new external oil boiler, heating/hot water controls and a shower pump. The quality of their work is first class as is their courteous, professional approach and friendly manner. A great bunch of guys! We now have a first class heating system. Shires recently installed a replacement gas boiler for me and from start to finish they were superlative. Tom responded quickly to my initial inquiry, undertook a thorough inspection to determine the most appropriate boiler and provided a detailed quotation, which was extremely competitive. Over the course of 2 days Tom, Matt and Curtis installed the boiler with utter professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to have such efficient, pleasant and careful engineers working in my home. I cannot recommend them highly enough - outstanding and definitely 10/10.
