I had a tibia-plateau fracture (Schatzker VI) with 2 metal implants following a nasty ski accident. I arrived on crutches, but following a superb programme of exercises set by Catriona, I am now well on the way to recovery. Catriona is calm and incredibly supportive, which has greatly helped me overcome the psychological affects of a long-term injury. At each session she assessed my progress & adapted the exercises accordingly. Catriona goes beyond normal expectations and is always happy to answer questions by phone or email. I am extremely thankful that I chose such a professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist and cannot recommend Catriona highly enough.

I had a comminuted displaced fracture of the collar bone and a surgery fitting a plate with screws, still suffering with an impinged nerve. Catriona was the one physiotherapist, who has given me unwavering support and guided me through what has been over a 9 month challenging journey to a full recovery. It is still continuing and we are working together. Catriona understands the patient very well and has outstanding knowledge of the human anatomy and rehabilitation process. She has gradually built me up to be able to start returning to normal activities. Catriona truly has her patient wellbeing at heart and throughout this long process I always felt she cared for me and took an extra mile. I would very highly recommend Catriona to anyone, who needs physiotherapy.

Attended the PhysioPhysiology after over a year of knee pain. Right from the start I felt welcomed and diagnosis was made in a positive professional way within 20mins of my first visit, And wish I had gone sooner. 3 weeks later I'm on the mend. Would highly recommend this practice in every way. 10/10 for me.
