        Never answer the phone, abrupt staff , tell you they have ordered your meds on delivery for next day then make excuses when they haven't got them next day. Not a very good service i have requested a new pharmacy at my gp

        Ridiculous long waiting times for simple prescription, witnessed a customer having to come back as they had given him someone else's tablets just because they had the same forename! Disorganised and and pompous staff

        Appalling chemist, dreadful service and staff who obviously think they make the rules. Refused to let someone have their emergency prescription issued by 111 service unless they paid for it despite having a pre paid cert. Their resoning being they were not a regular user of that chemist.. I have since has advice from another pharmacist that they cannot do that... How can you be an emergency weekend prescription pharmacy if you wont let then have their medication unless you pay for it a second time having already paid for a pre paid cert good job it easnt life and death!!!!!!
