Wow, having not been in a gym for 20 years I was nervous. Luke talked me through each exercise, pushed me when I needed it and provided encouragement when needed. Definitely booking my 12 sessions and looking forward to a life changing transition.

Luke is a very nice young gentleman and when it comes to fitness he truly knows a LOT. He doesnt make you feel uncomfortable, and he doesnt put you on edge. He only wants to help you work on yourself and for you to feel comfortable in youre own body. I would highly recommend Luke! Looking forward to our next session

First session today and was top knotch, made me feel very comfortable as was quite nervous getting back into the gym, got me up to speed with ways of doing stuff and nutrition info etc.. was very supportive aswell driving me to keep going when beginning to struggle, deffo reccommend him 100% Ill be doing many more sessions with the lad

Ellen&Emma famous tube challenge
Luke is brilliant, I mean he gives you like the short cuts to what you need to do and how to do it he made me realise that Im Much stronger than I thought I amI mean he mange to make me lift weights I never though Im strong enough to lift it, training was so effective and efficient I literally went numb after a few exercises but he kept pushing me and he made it look so easy I enjoyed working with Luke and Im looking forward for our next session

Luke is a really professional yet friendly PT. He designed my plan by listening to what I need from the sessions and what I want to achieve. Luke is very knowledgeable and is enthusiastic about me being active and making healthy choices that are sustainable for my life. The first PT to be supportive and I take each step of my journey with him by side with guidance and support. Luke is the best PT I have had and I would highly recommend him.
