        2 stars and Im being generous. Customer service has never been an issue with them but the fact that they failed my van on its mot when there wasnt a fault at all had cost me time and money in having the vehicle inspected independently by another garage where 2 mechanics with mot certification have both looked and both have confirmed nothing is wrong with my vehicle. Not impressed

        Friendly service from start to finish- which is so much more that I can say about the unprofessional and retarded service I got at SMT Auto Services in Morton on Lugg, last Friday. They didn't know how to remove and fit new valves; they didn't know how to speak the customer; the receptionist (Claire) was the rudest person I'd ever met, along with the retarded technician. The technician at ATS even used a protective cover on my seat - something SMT said they did and deliberately lied. ATS is it for me. Thank you, guys.
