Cookie, a.k.a. Jonathan, Martin, Rhodri, Kate and Anita thank you so much for all your help and advice over the last 11 months. It has been a very rocky ride, and on many occasions we felt like pulling out. However ,with you behind us, we were encouraged to hang in there and a successful sale and purchase was the end result. Nothing was ever too much trouble for you, all our worries/questions were dealt with immediately. It is a certainty we would not have coped without you, and so 5 stars to you all at F& C. Diolch yn fawr iawn - hopefully Rhodri will translate.

We have had a very positive experience of the Hereford office. Our vendor used them. Rhodri Mence has been fantastic. Things kept going wrong, mostly with our own sale but some with our purchase. None of these was his fault in the slightest but he was often the one to find solutions. He got things done in a very amiable way. In fact we doubt the deal would ever have gone through if it had not been for him. It is when there are difficulties that real skill and professionalism are most evident. He has both in spades.
