        The staff were very helpful and the young girl, Lorna, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lorna made sure that the mattress was suited for our needs, she was patient and charming and even made us a drink. In the end, she found us a perfect mattress.

        Lovely greeting on arrival at store by Lorna. She gave us fantastic advice and guided us through the whole experience with professionalism and humour, culminating in us purchasing the correct product for our requirements. Can't recommend enough.

        Greeted by Nina, who was so friendly. Very smartly dressed and had her work cut out dealing with 2 of our family wanting matresses at the same time. Both of us bought, would totally recommend Nina. Only criticism I have of Dreams is the coffee, having spent so much you'd expect a coffee machine or the coffee making facilities hidden away from customers.
