Natural Soles Reflexology

I have been receiving reflexology treatments from the lovely Kate for a few years, apart from the covid lockdown blip when i missed her treatments dearly. Not only is it one of the most relaxing treatments ever, but I feel it has health benefits too. I throughly look forward to each visit. I cant praise Kate & her magic hands enough!

In a quest to take more time for myself, I booked a Reflexology treatment with Kate. It was the best decision. I now have a session at least once a month and no matter what state I arrive in, I leave feeling relaxed, renewed and refreshed. Kate is amazing and the cabin is a haven of peace. What a find. I can't recommend her enough.

I really cannot recommend Kate enough, she is such a fantastic therapist & such a lovely friendly lady. I have been receiving treatment from Kate for a few years now & the treatments have really helped me, I so look forward to my monthly treatments, they are just so relaxing I never want to leave Thank you Kate, you are simply amazing Xx

Reflexology with Kate is my all time favourite, essential treatment. I visit Kate and her incredibly warm, cosy log cabin once a month and I cannot recommended Kate, and her reflexology treatment enough. I have tried many holistic treatments before and I truly believe this treatment saves me a lot of aches and pains. Not to mention how calm it makes me feel and how much it also helps with my mental health. Kate is very welcoming and makes you feel relaxed within minutes of being in her company. Easy parking and a handy location, and a very professional, warm welcome, every time. Highly recommended
