        David really helped me understand how to address my lower back problem. At first I was shown which muscles needed attention by an interactive app and then which treatment I would receive. I had a very effective deep massage ,releasing tension in my muscles. Would definitely reccomend David as he is knowledgeable and well trained.

        Best massage I've ever had! David is super knowledgeable, and really provides a treatment, rather than just a massage. David assessed me before as well as during the treatment, which was tailored to my issues. I gained a better understanding of my issues and exactly what muscles I need to address while doing my stretches. David also provided me with some additional tips following the massage. I felt much better afterwards, but as my muscles are really quite stuck I will definitely be back!
