It is a very safe environment to learn at your own pace and all the instructors are extremely patient and supportive.
Everyone (the team and clients) is so friendly and welcoming and you really feel part of the family from the first day. My 6 year old is doing kick boxing class few times a week and I do Tai Chi and Ladies only Chinese Kickboxing. We both love it!
If you are not sure if you or your child will like it, Matt offers few sessions for free so you have nothing to lose really, just give it a try and I can guarantee you, you and your child will love it!
