        If you love late parcels, or enjoy having parcels go randomly go missing, then these guys are for you! Not only will they conveniently never deliver your parcel, they will promise that they will several times before failing completely and miserably without so much as a visit or calling card. It is an amazing talent to have a business with package delivery at the core, only to not ever actually deliver any packages! Top effort Mercian, but perhaps you would be more productive by taking the month off. Mercian..? Hello?

        Horrendous service. We reluctantly use these as a third party. Have failed numerous collections. How they are still going is beyond me. Useless.

        Shocking service to our business in the last two weeks . Do not tell true story when confronting the office ( if you can ever get anyone to answer the phone) and delays in picking up consignments . Taking nearly a week to deliver 24 hour service items . Not even eligible for one star .
