        Highly recommend. Gabbs Solicitors have been fantastic. They are communicative, responsive and efficient. In both the sale of one home and the purchasing of another they were the first of the solicitors in the chain to complete actions and communicate what was required of me. Special thanks to Melissa. She represented for both actions and has been amazing. On the latter she made us aware of an opportunity to save on stamp duty. In doing so she created additional work for herself but saved us money. Highly recommend both Gabbs Solicitors and Melissa.

        Had to get a solicitor to certify identification documents for a different firm in Manchester as I didn't want to travel up just for that. I just walked in and inquired (had the documents with me on spec) and they did it there and then for a minimal fee. Very impressed! Friendly and helpful. Would use them again.
