        All phone numbers are incorrect , unable to contact them !

        Face to face, and dealing with an issue, the solicitor dealing with the case was very polite and did seem to try to help and a positive result was attained. However, since then attempts to obtain one single minor piece of information seems to be beyond their capabilities. I have had no reply to a message left using their web site and quite often the phone goes unanswered. Several promises of a return call have not materialised. On this basis I would not recommend them. Which seems a shame as I will probably have the need of a solicitor for quite a few things in the not too distant future!
