Gravells Kia Hereford

Amazing service from this dealership. Salesman Paul was brilliant in our purchase of a used Kia Sportage. Paul was without doubt the best salesman I have bought a car from, his knowledge second to none. Every question and there were many answered in a friendly professional manner. The purchase was seamless and easy with no pressure. The car was ready on the collection day and was immaculate inside and out. Sadly three days later we had to return, the car had begun missing, within an hour of arriving unannounced we were driving home in a courtesy car. The service team did look at it immediately but the fault could not be located quickly. Ten days passed with frequent reports from the Service Manager Mark or Receptionist Tracey they would not release the car until they were 100% happy that the fault was rectified. This may seem a long time but they were in dialogue with Kia to ensure everything was perfect. They pulled out all the stops and were simply wonderful. I lost confidence in the car and asked if I could part exchange for a different one. Paul once again was fantastic, no quibble about exchanging it at all. One week later we collected another Sportage with no issues at all. This is a fantastic Kia garage with everyone working so hard to deliver excellent customer service, always going above and beyond. Two years ago my wife and I bought a used Kia Niro from Gravells (Hereford) and we have been so pleased with the car that, when we were invited to consider purchasing a new Niro, we went along to Gravells showroom in Hereford. The same warm welcome was readily available from the staff as we have been met with on all of the occasions we have visited the showroom. As we sat down, Mr Dion Robins gently explained the options that were available to us for the purchase of a new Niro. There was no hard sell, just easy conversation and the provision of very thorough answers to the various questions we raised. After a few days of thought we decided to press ahead and order a new Niro, one class above our current car. When the new car was ready for collection, Mr Robins talked us through all of the necessary financial details and once again patiently responded to the questions we raised. We had never bought a brand new car before, so the experience was very novel and again we raised numerous queries which, no matter how naive the queries may have sounded, Mr Robins responded in a friendly and professional manner . When we went to collect the car, Mr Robins also provided us with excellent explanations about the car's new layout and features. Once again I have been most impressed at the customer friendly and efficient manner in which our purchase was managed at Gravells. All the staff we have met at Gravells have been first class, but special mention must be made of Mr Dion Robins whom I believe is a credit to the dealership. No doubt in due time we will be returning to Gravells for our next vehicle and I am pleased to unreservedly recommend the dealership to other potential car buyers. Richard Aird OBE May 2023

Really helpful, professional dealership. Sam was very knowledgeable and kept us informed at every stage through the purchase of our new car. He was also always available to answer questions. Can highly recommend. 21/04/23 Have revised to three stars due to poor after sales support. A simple request for touch up paint for stone chips took 3 phone calls (with no returned call), and eventually revealed that the colour paint "Cityscape Green" is not available from Kia or from their body shop. Very worrying to think that it might be very difficult to get any scrapes repaired! Was able to order the exact colour from Chipex online however!? In addition, they were not able to supply a space saver spare wheel, which there is space for in the well in the boot of the Niro EV, however I was able to source one from a company in Italy which was a perfect fit!? Very disappointing.
