12k gone in bin I have a problem with this ice cream machine I have contact with company even I have insurance with it they are ask another 1000 to clean or fix problem but I have all ready paying 2.500 for insurance!!! only 1 year old have a massive problem ice cream licks on floor 4 months contract with than no good service they dont care at all shutting phones on me I will take a Legal action but I want to show everyone how they bad not recommended for anyone else

I've had many ice cream machines over a number of years and found Carpigiani to be by far the best. They are simple, reliable and produce an amazing product. If there is ever a little hiccup, the Carpigiani after sales team are on call the help out quickly and efficiently. I now plan to open a new gelateria in 2023 and will be attending Carpigiani' s world class Gelato University. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Yes we just bought this beautiful ice cream machine from Carpigiani for our Dinos cafe restaurant at Llandudno Town not long ago may 2021 and after 3 months Carpigiani ice cream machine had problems off overflow ice cream gone to everywhere as you seen inside picture also goes to inside the ice cream machine and theyre sent to us technician to our restaurant to fixed . Carpigiani technician change it inside the computer hardware program of ice cream machine but they didnt clean the inside the ice cream machine all inside is sticky and messy it does gone to every where also to ice cream engine Carpigiani didnt take to warehouse to fix and clean it properly all they did just replace inside the ice cream computer program to with new brain program . However after that our one year contract finished we extend the contract had problems again we been told by Carpigiani company to our ice cream machine needs to clean inside by steam cleaner and they need to do at the Carpigiani factory and they ask 1000 We had enough with Carpigiani company All we want take your rubbish ice cream machine back and give our money back. We all now you have good name Carpigiani because off that we bought 10000 ice cream machine but you Rubish ice cream machine just take your goods and give our money back You can do business like how do bad company enough is enough we are started take you out to legal way to Court my lawyer can deal with you.

We are running a restaurant and the machine we bought from you is not working because of you. Because you keep us waiting for weeks and you are making us victims by not selling ice cream to our customers. You are scammers. Even though you bought 10,000 from us and got 3,000 for an extra guarantee, you want money every time you visit us as a service. I will report you for fraud as soon as possible. DNOS LLANDUDNO UK
