What an amazing experience, I felt really at ease with morpheous. I was unsure about hipnotherapy at first, when I entered the building I had the weight of the world on my shoulders and that is not how I felt when I left! I would 100% recommend. I suffer with anxiety issues and this therapy has helped immensely. Thank you!

I visited Morpheus Lewis as I needed help with learning to swim and had a fear of getting my face in the water and going under the water so Morpheus used techniques which helped me to overcome this and now i can swim on my back on my own, go under water without fear ,i am learning other swimming techniques and I'm loving every minute of it wished I'd visited Morpheus sooner.Thank you .

A Beautiful Testimonial received this morning (Was asked to post Anonymously) I just wanted to give you a quick update? I have to say that I did feel different after our appointment - strangely calmer. The following day, leading up to my first public book reading I kept waiting for the panic to set in .. and it just didnt come?! I felt a bit anxious because I was having trouble doing some last minute preparation on my computer and was worried I might actually be late, but the anxiety about actually reading in front of a crowd . well, it just wasnt there???? I clearly read my children's book out loud to myself in the car on the way to the school - remembering every word. Turns out, I was in time and they werent ready for me. Normally the anxiety would build in the wait - instead I calmly chatted to the spice girls theyre the ladies that provide refreshments to the school events The children started to arrive back from their bug hunt and still no anxiety? I felt strangely calm, even when the eldest class started coming up one by one and asking for author quotes which I was unprepared for. I kept thinking, where is it? Then the whole school gathered and I was asked to sit in front of them - still nothing? Except a calm feeling???! The head introduced me and I calmly spoke about why I was there, engaged some questions and then calmly began to read . this was where it got interesting.., So normally, by now I would be sweating, shaking and my mind would go blank . Still calm, I didnt even need to look at the book, I could remember it all, pretty much word for word, even a couple of very minor deviations didnt bother me as they would have normally. I got about half way through and started to panic as I was struggling to turn the pages - it was really cold, we were outside and Id been hanging around for so long my hands were frozen. This voice inside me said its ok, be calm youve got this Well, I finished my book reading to maybe 50 children plus adults, without a sweat, then calmly took questions and even chipped in some extra advice! What the hell?!!!!! Sorry, but this just isnt real??! I got home to stress from my son about the continued broadband issues and calmly rang airband and had a chat rather than the usual stressed ranting?! This morning I woke and realised I could breathe? I suffer from asthma and it has been really bad for years, especially recently and o wake every morning with a tight chest. Not this morning! Its not gone but boy has it improved, to the point that Im actually noticing that Im taking big breaths Instead of occasionally thinking OMG Ive stopped breathing! WOW I really hope this continues - this is life changing. Thank you Morpheous.
