I would like to thank all the staff at HMG for they prompt action after we both were diagnosed with covid 19 they actions was swift response with medication and with a covid Team at the hospital phone number,thank you so much for your professional response, (New review) I cannot fault the staff on reception I had a problem that need to be sorted ASAP and with the help of Amanda (reception) and Nicky (secretary) and other reception staff it got sorted, i cannot praise you enough,the way you dealt with it was above and beyond that you went to help us it's about time you got praise for the hard work you do. Rang hmg after being told too by 119 and letter from nhs because I am classes as clinically vunrable due to medication I am prescribed by hospital ...for urgent antiviral referral and I was told by receptionist and her supervisor they could not help.!..called 119 nhs back and they asked who Dr's was and are raising a concern with them ....medication should be started ASAP not happy and ill !

I need to speak to a dr to get my pain relive and the hassle I have had go through I had no help from the ladies on the phone they try to make you fill stupid the way they talk down to you I never known the nhs like it in my opinion the nhs is wrecked thatd putting it polity
