i wanted 2 aqua packed bouquets as thank you gifts for 2 very special ladies, i was able to choose the flowers, colours etc. Once again Denise went the extra mile, they were absolutely stunning. This was my first time ordering from Denise at Lechlade Flower House. Denise was very helpful especially because I wanted specific flowers (and not specific types) and she ordered in certain ones for me also, which was great. Denise was very knowledgeable & couldnt have been better to deal with, very friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Nowto the flowers! Well, I had seen photos on the website, as I always check these things before ordering, and hoped for the best . My Mum was Very happy with them & impressed with the quality & freshness. She sent me photos & they looked beautiful, just perfect! Everything that I hoped! :-) Thank you so much Denise, First class customer service & First Class Flowers!
