Golden Galleon

Having worked out exactly how much we were charged for what we bought: we ordered a regular chips, chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks and a veggie burger. The order came up to 15 pounds exactly. I went through the website to find out how much it should have cost: 16.10. We arrived home, there was no veggie burger (bearing in mind the worker repeated back to us our order, including the veggie burger) the whole thing should have cost us under 12. Yet we were overcharged for something we did not receive. I would call and complain directly but won't for fear of confrontation. All I ask is either for a refund in the item we order but did not receive or some kind of compensation for poor customer service.
