Everyone in the Hereford branch is always very helpful & friendly. The staff know who you are & that makes a big difference to my banking experience.

Never open for those who work long hours Monday to Saturday. Can never access the inside machines required for us. Absolute joke don't bank with them

I wish this bank would stop funding fossil fuel extraction

It's ok for people on the dole or retired. If you work a regular job no chance! Saturday they close at 1pm. Absolutely useless bank.
